Key Responsibilities
Improving Health and Well-Being: Provides resources and opportunities to improve the health and well-being of individuals served.
Facilitates Activities: Leads activities in both group and individual settings to engage participants.
Plans and Organizes Events: Plans and organizes activities and special events, ensuring they are suitable for the occasion and the population.
Documentation: Completes documentation in the medical record within the specified time frame, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaboration with Departments: Works closely with all departments and programs to meet the needs of individuals served.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience:
- Preferred: Experience in a mental health setting.
