Key Responsibilities
Assists in Department OperationsAssists the Director of Rehabilitation Services in all aspects of department operations to ensure smooth daily functions.
Training and OversightProvides training and oversight to team members as assigned, fostering professional growth and development.
Ensures Documentation and Accreditation ComplianceProvides oversight to ensure compliance with documentation standards and accreditation requirements.
Leadership SkillsDemonstrates effective leadership in organizing, prioritizing tasks, and communicating clearly to ensure team success.
Effective Team ManagementContinuously applies leadership skills to guide and manage the team, ensuring a high level of performance and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field.
Experience:
- Preferred: Two (2) years’ experience with the relevant population preferred.
