Alongside the Director of Rehabilitation Services, you’ll oversee the daily operations and guide the rehabilitation program staff to ensure quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists in Department OperationsAssists the Director of Rehabilitation Services in all aspects of department operations to ensure smooth daily functions.

• Training and OversightProvides training and oversight to team members as assigned, fostering professional growth and development.

• Ensures Documentation and Accreditation ComplianceProvides oversight to ensure compliance with documentation standards and accreditation requirements.

• Leadership SkillsDemonstrates effective leadership in organizing, prioritizing tasks, and communicating clearly to ensure team success.

• Effective Team ManagementContinuously applies leadership skills to guide and manage the team, ensuring a high level of performance and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field.

Experience:

• Preferred: Two (2) years’ experience with the relevant population preferred.
