Pay Range : $23.00 - $32.00 an hour, depending on experience

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm with a half-hour lunch

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the scheduling of HVAC installations, ensuring all jobs are prepped and ready to go.

Coordinate daily scheduling for service technicians, dispatch them to service calls, and arrange return visits when needed.

Communicate directly with customers to address scheduling needs, provide updates, and clarify lead times.

Schedule subcontractors and inspections for installation projects.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases, job files, and service invoices.

Work closely with installers, field supervisors, vendors, and office staff to ensure smooth operations.

Manage the on-call schedule for service technicians and ensure customer records are always current.

Provide billing information to accounting for maintenance contracts and process service invoices and timecards.

Qualifications :

Prior experience in customer service with a strong ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.

Experience in scheduling or dispatching, preferably in the home service industry.

Proficiency in scheduling software and maintaining customer databases, or a willingness to learn.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple schedules.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
