We are looking for a Closing Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Closing Coordinator processes and coordinates real estate transactions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Opens New Orders
- Contacts Agents for any additional &/or omitted info
- Coordinates with Lenders
- Handles phone calls and emails
- Coordinates and schedules settlement date, time and place with all parties including but not limited to Clients, Lenders & Realtors
- Prepares files for closing
- Understands the requirements for each individual file
- Maintains a positive work relationship with all Clients, Lenders, Realtors and Staff
- Preforms other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience Required
- Working knowledge of computer software and basic internet
