Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production staff and workflow
- Maintain safety and quality protocols
- Optimize production schedules and inventory
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
Requirements:
- 3 years in truss or wood product manufacturing
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of production machinery and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and specs
