As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting artistic, inventive, and compelling design and conceptual solutions for a variety of mediums. Your primary function will be in this category but also across the team of other product categories as needed. You’ll be responsible for leading the creation and production of creative communication solutions start to finish. Our Team strives for consistent on-time delivery of campaigns and assets that elevate and push the brand forward. This position reports to the Art Director.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design function of marketing materials by providing creative / art direction and applicable design talent, with an emphasis on high volume campaign work.
- Set the bar for creative excellence and maintain consistency with oversight and execution of projects.
- Produce campaign and project guidelines for production or handoff to other designers and see through the final art direction in the production of deliverable assets.
- Think strategically to further creative concepts and communication strategies across the reach of the brand.
- Communicate effectively with all staff and partners, engendering trust and respect.
- Act as a senior member of the team aiding in the growth and mentoring of our junior teammates.
Qualifications
80,000 - $90,000 a year
