Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and coordinate human resources and benefits support for our Service Center and Technical Center. This role will focus on fostering strong employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate personnel files and submit timely payroll information
- Conduct recruitment efforts, including writing job postings and conducting interviews
- Coordinate new hire orientations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
- Develop and implement HR programs to improve employee engagement and retention
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in related field or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
