Overview of the Position:
ALPLA Group is hiring an HR Manager to lead and coordinate human resources and benefits support for our Service Center and Technical Center. This role will focus on fostering strong employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain open communication channels with employees
- Cordinate new hire orientations and ensure accurate payroll submissions
- Maintain personnel files, including I-9 and benefit information
- Develop and implement HR programs to improve employee engagement and retention
- Analyze wage and salary reports to determine competitive compensation
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in related field or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
