Planning and Logistics Associate

Key Responsibilities
The Planning and Logistics Associate at ALPLA will contribute to the success of the company by ensuring smooth logistics operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with customers to confirm delivery schedules, quantities of material to be received, and sampling requests.
• Assisting the Supply Chain Manager in developing and implementing inventory management systems to track and analyze stock levels, demand patterns, and shipping activities.
• Ensuring accurate and timely communication with internal teams, including production, procurement, and transportation departments.

Additionally, this role involves attending planning meetings with customers to ensure collaborative supply chain management, scheduling shipments according to production plans, and arranging material availability to meet customer demands.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum 2-year degree (Associates) in a related field or equivalent
• 2 years of work experience preferred
