Job Description Fund Accounting Manager Location : Denver, CO | HYBRID Get To Know The Team: In the Fund Accounting department, we maintain a security portfolio and general ledger for each fund customer. Daily, we are responsible for calculating the net asset value, NAV, for each individual fund. This involves the processing of shareholder transactions, accounting for securities purchased and sold, valuation of securities, and daily income and expense accrual evaluation. What You Will Get To Do: Oversee 5-10 client relationships, typically 30-50 fund Direct supervision of 3-4 fund accounting supervisors, 5 fund accountants Assist in additional client and vendor relationships Work with administration teams to support tax and financial reporting Review and maintain controls for client teams Work with training team to provide supervisors and fund accountants initial and ongoing training Assist with audit and SOC1 Work with department director on projects and initiatives Provide input on department goals and strategy Assist with client projects including onboarding, launches, de-conversions, etc. What You Will Bring: 8 Years of mutual fund accounting experience 3 Years of supervisory experience Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
