Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is adequately stocked
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Handle phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when needed
- Oversee administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Utilize medical office management skills if applicable
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to keep the office running smoothly
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Strong team management skills to lead and motivate staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic human resources practices is a plus
