What are the responsibilities and job description for the Center Director position at Already Autism Health?
The Center Director will maintain the clinical standards set forth by AAH and serve as both internal and external relationship management to maximize the outcomes for children within the autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Create and oversee the implementation of treatment programs based on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Build strong relationships with clients, other employees, and stakeholders to provide excellent ABA Therapy. Oversee the Operations Manager in the clinic. Ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
What you'll do:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBA supervisors assigned to team.
- Facilitate structured, clinical BCBA meetings and is available for regular, ad-hoc and emergent meetings as necessary.
- Work directly with the BCBA supervision staff to evaluate client programs and learning trees to ensure they are updated and include necessary data collection procedures, mastery criteria, etc.
- Provide ongoing clinical support for BCBA supervisors for: client programming, parent training objectives, RBT training and coaching.
- Lead and develop BCBA supervisors, assessing performance based on key performance indicators and competencies.
- Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director and Operations Manager to assess and implement solutions to process challenges, investigations, disciplinary action, plans of correction and the delivery of performance evaluations.
- Work with Operations Manager to establish onboarding procedures and determine schedule for new hires (RBTs).
- Work with Regional Clinical Directors/State Director to establish plan for BCBA candidate supervision.
- Work with BCBA supervisors (as secondary) for candidates receiving supervision.
- Maintains documentation for BCBA candidate supervision
- Reviews all clinical documentation of BCBA under their supervisors (session notes, I-POCS, etc.).
- Conduct incoming ABA assessments as assigned by Regional Clinical Director.
- Maintain an active caseload and productivity of 75 hours per month.
- Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director to conduct annual performance reviews of respective BCBAs under their supervision.
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure clinical protocols are being followed, including but not limited to:
- Conducting IOA/procedural fidelity on client programming monthly.
- Collecting ABC data.
- Ukeru training/behavior intervention training.

What you need to have:
- Master’s Degree or higher
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- A minimum of 6 months with the ABI
