Job Summary: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ABA services, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This role requires a unique blend of operational management skills and clinical expertise in ABA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and support a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of ABA services, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Will be expected to step in to cover for RBTs that are unavailable.
- Utilize RBT knowledge and skills to support and guide clinical staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise the scheduling of therapy sessions, staff assignments, and client appointments.
- Collaborate with clinical directors and other team members to ensure seamless integration of clinical and operational processes.
- Manage and support a team of RBTs and other staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA and state-specific requirements.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or concerns that arise, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Must live in the state of Virginia
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- RBT certification required; additional certifications in ABA (e.g., BCBA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within an ABA setting.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, clients, and families.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and state-specific regulations related to ABA services.
