RBT/Behavior Technician - FT/PT
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion and desire to make a difference in the life of children with autism in Winston-Salem, North Carolina..
Responsibilities:
- Provide home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Introduces safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers
- Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation
- Collects behavior data including and records data in CentralReach after each session
- Participate in training and clinical supervision
- Work with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
Education, Experience and Other Requirements:
- Required: 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
- Required: Valid driver's license and transportation
- Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelors or Master's degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification
**All non registered BTs are required to obtain their RBT within 60 days of hire.

- Travel between client's homes will be required
- Must be available to work afternoons and evenings until 6:30 pm
Pay Rate: up to $30 hourly.
