Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in the healthcare sector, particularly hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitation facilities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
MSP & VMS Expertise
Manage end-to-end processes within MSP and VMS environments, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Leverage VMS platforms to identify business opportunities, track performance metrics, and streamline workflows.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Design and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Contract Management
Negotiate and close contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Oversee contract execution, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams such as recruitment, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless service delivery.
