Skills Required:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments, preferably in Salesforce or DevSecOps projects.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for Agile project management and CI/CD pipeline management.
Familiarity with DevSecOps principles, such as secure coding practices, static/dynamic code analysis, and vulnerability management.
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile)
Understanding of CI/CD tools and integrations, including automated testing and security scanning tools.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Good communication skills.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are highly desirable.
