- Maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing concerns and feedback effectively.
- Conduct periodic visits to assess client satisfaction and update care plans as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between caregivers and clients to ensure smooth communication.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
- Perform routine audits of caregiver performance and service quality.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client care, caregiver evaluations, and incident reports.
- Organize training sessions for caregivers, focusing on skill development and compliance updates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, social work, nursing, or a related field (preferred).
