Job description :
Evaluate and treat patients, adjusting therapy programs and goals as needed. Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly. Perform thorough clinical documentation in a timely manner and enter charges accurately. Communicate effectively with patients , their families, and the medical care team . Provide education to patients, families, and staff.
Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- BLS certification
