We are seeking a positive, friendly Front Desk Night Audit Agent to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests. The Front Desk Agent will assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes, issue room keys, and process payments. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with housekeeping staff to coordinate room availability, answering guest inquiries, and completing paperwork promptly and accurately. The Front Desk Agent must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations. Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience.

Responsibilities
- Monitor the maintain knowledge of hotel operations and activities
- Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person
- Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
- Runs reports and corrects errors prior to guest check-in.
- Balances daily transactions, daily shift reconciliation while verifying that credit cards are transmitted properly from PMS
- Resolves guests’ issues and requests during night shift and reports escalated items to supervisor and/or management
- Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) and main Hotel contact when a manager or supervisor is not on site.
- Performs any other inventory management changes as directed by management.
- Hourly security walk, checking all exterior access doors are secure.
- Verifying vehicles authorized to park at the hotel have vehicle passes.
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
- Able to lift 30 pounds
