Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing night shift transportation and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance. Leads a team, manages workflows, and maintains operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support night shift staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct site and equipment inspections, addressing maintenance needs.
- Monitor workflows, review performance data, and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on operations and team performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, or yard operations.
- CDL required; OTR or Yard Jockey experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
