Air Import

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client, a leading company in the logistics and transportation industry. They are known for providing efficient and tailored solutions to their customers globally.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for overseeing the complete air import process, ensuring that shipments are handled seamlessly from start to finish. You will coordinate with airlines, customs brokers, and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, proper documentation, and full compliance with all regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in air freight who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage air import shipments from A-Z, ensuring smooth handling of each stage.
• Coordinate bookings with airlines and confirm all logistics requirements are met.
• Prepare and process all necessary import documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs papers.
• Collaborate closely with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of shipments.
• Track and monitor shipments to provide clients with accurate and timely updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to air shipments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver top-notch service.
