Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Route Sales Representative based in Alexandria, VA. The Route Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering uniforms and linen services to customers, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include loading and unloading products, establishing and maintaining friendly customer relationships, collecting payments, and addressing any service-related issues. The role also involves growing route revenue through sales and account retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in sales and account management
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, and to perform physical duties as required
- Clean driving record and ability to drive delivery vehicles
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
- Experience in the uniform or industrial laundry industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
