The Group Vice President is responsible for driving profitable topline and bottom-line performance through experienced P&L management, building and developing a leadership team, while enforcing and maintaining company standards across a designated geography.

- Lead and champion organizational change initiatives
- Lead, manage. develop and motivate the team to achieve best in class distribution operating metrics while optimizing and delivering a best-in-class customer experience, achieving high levels of customer and employee satisfaction
- Communicate a clear vision of the strategy and translate it into actionable plans for the team
- Effectively escalate and communicate high risk items and decisions needed to the COO
- Ensure coordination and collaboration between sales, operations, commercial enablement and functions
