JOB TITLE : Installed Sales Solutions Regional Project Administrator
SUMMARY : Reports to Director of ISS National Remodeling
The individual in this position will be responsible for the scheduling and coordination of remodeling installation projects. This individual will provide proactive communication to our customers regarding the current status of open installation projects.
OBJECTIVES :
- Consistently deliver world-class Customer Service
- Assist in research and development of accounts to achieve project metrics
- Administer and manage customer account activities by thoroughly and accurately maintaining documentation and order entry accuracy
