JOB TITLE : Senior Accountant
SUMMARY : This position reports to the Assistant Controller and will be responsible for supporting the close process and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. In addition, the Senior Accountant will assist the Finance organization with special projects and analyses. The successful candidate should possess strong analytical and time management skills.
OBJECTIVES :
- Ensure timely reporting of financial results through involvement in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Confirm accuracy of reported balances through completion and / or review of account reconciliations
- Document, assess and implement best practices for accounting policies and procedures
