Position Summary
The Franchise Marketing Support Specialist will serve as the primary resource for franchisees in executing successful local and regional marketing initiatives. This role will focus on supporting franchisees with marketing tools, strategy implementation, and analytics to ensure they maximize their market potential. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in franchise or small-business marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide franchisees with marketing guidance, including branding, digital advertising, social media, and local promotions.
- Support franchisees in planning and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Alsies brand.
- Create and maintain a library of marketing resources, templates, and best practices for franchisees.
- Analyze franchisee marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all markets.
- Train franchisees on marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, digital ad managers, and email marketing software.
- Monitor franchisee adherence to brand guidelines and offer corrective recommendations as needed.
- Stay informed on marketing trends and tools, sharing insights to improve franchisee strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a franchise or multi-location business environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting marketing performance data.
- Exceptional communication and training skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
- Creativity and initiative in developing innovative marketing solutions for franchisees.
- Ability to travel occasionally to franchise locations for support and training.
