You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build a culture of engagement, efficiency, and growth while ensuring we have a seamless and supportive employee experience.

The salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $165,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable people programs, processes, and systems to support a rapidly growing workforce.
- Ensure that all People policies and practices are in compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Oversee and improve the employee onboarding experience to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated quickly into the company.
- Analyze people data and metrics to make data-driven recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate People systems and tools to ensure they meet the needs of the growing business.
- Partner with leadership to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee the administration of employee records, contracts, and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Google Workspace is a plus).
