Customer Service Coordinator

The Jewelry / Watch Repair Coordinator is an integral part of our Repair team which is located at our beautifully remodeled store in Woodmere, Ohio. This position involves a great deal of customer contact and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail when taking in and tracking jewelry and watch repairs.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter repair tickets using our POS system for jewelry and watch services including inspecting incoming items to document condition, damages, or special details.
- Communicate with multiple jewelry and watch vendors daily.
- Obtain vendor estimates and verbally communicate to customer.
- Prepare, process, and ship out jewelry and watch items that need servicing to suitable vendors.
- Complete quality control on all finished repairs for both jewelry and watches.
- Collaboratively work within a team environment to provide elevated customer service to our customers.
- Communicate and follow up with customers throughout the repair process with updates on their active repair(s).
- Handle complaints or concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution.
- Assist sales associates with repair issues.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
