We are looking for a Technical Writer for our Baltimore, Maryland Facility.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including MARC Standard Documents and internal process documents.
- Gather and analyze technical and information from various sources (OEM, SME etc.) to document new or changing repair, testing, safety, or internal business processes.
- Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users.
- Create new document types when needed.
- Develop test and repair procedures and confirm validity in the field.
- Create training materials and presentations when needed.
- Maintain a library of documentation, cataloging it for internal and / or external use.
- Publish and maintain templates for written documentation.
- Ensure all documents are distributed as they are created and / or revised to appropriate departments / personnel.
