Job Title : TSSSA - Chief of Operations

Key Responsibilities :
- Accountable as main technical interface with the customer (Engineering, Operations, Project, Transportation, Control Center)
- Delivers on time trainset availability that meet cost & performance expectations
- Responsible for technical and industrial coordination of sub-systems
- Consolidate staffing plans for depot sites & sub-systems
- Ensure the readiness of technical and industrial activities, means and deliverables to successfully pass the gate reviews
- Manage the improvement action plan to achieve QCD targets at start-up and throughought the duration of the project(s)
- Be accountable for the proper implementation and full compliance with Code of Ethics, EHS and other Alstom policies and Customer requirements

Management Experience
Financial Management experience and / or education
Experience managing entire life-cycle of equipment at all maintenance levels
Experience with high speed integrated passenger trainset and included subsystems (Signaling, Brakes, Tilt, Communications, Train control, Passenger Access Doors, Current collection and traction)
Proven experience applying Maintenance and Operational Regulations – Tier I, II, III in passenger rail environment
Preferred : TSSSA Experience
