We’ll look to you for:
- Leadership in the People Management Cycle to foster a team environment that aligns with Alstom's values,
- Diligent application and enforcement of Industrial Planning Golden rules & processes,
- Significant contributions to meeting and exceeding Industrial Planning KPIs targets,
- Coordination and control of Work Orders in line with the MPS,
- Bridging the gap between industrial planning, Project Supply Chain Leader, Logistics, and manufacturing for timely operations execution,
- Collaboration with logistics, material planning, and quality teams to enable manufacturing adherence to the plan,
- Implementation of improvement plans for any dysfunctions in component delivery to production lines,
- Assurance of a continuous material flow to the production line and readiness of plan orders,
- Conversion of Planned Orders into Work Orders and ensuring their timely launch in production

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, or other related field.,
- Experience or understanding of team management and the People Management Cycle.,
- Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Production Scheduling tools.,
- Familiarity with SAP and other relevant enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.,
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize work orders within the Manufacturing Planning & Scheduling (MPS) framework.,
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting that support decision-making processes.,
- Resilience and adaptability in implementing improvement action plans for supply chain and production efficiencies.,
- Leadership qualities that contribute to team development and a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
