Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead pivotal testing activities that will shape the future of railway signaling systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, System Integration Test, Safety Validation, HSE, Planning, Finance, and Project Controlling), govern and deploy T&C processes, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Governance of Installation and T&C processes within the project,
Ensuring correct execution of ITC activities according to plan, budget, and contract requirements,
Coordination of staffing, training, and management of the ITC team on-site,
Proactive management of internal and external technical interfaces for T&C activities,
Support and execution of tests, defect identification, and troubleshooting,
Effective communication with customers, project teams, and reporting through KPIs and reviews,
Supervision of installation contractors to deliver scope on time and to Alstom quality standards.

Degree in Engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or equivalent experience,
Experience or understanding of Installation, Tests & Commissioning (T&C) activities for signaling Projects,
Knowledge of one or more signaling subsystems such as IXL, ATC, DCS, etc.,
Familiarity with interface management involving V&V, Design, and Installation stakeholders,
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively,
Acumen for deep troubleshooting and problem-solving in wayside/railway systems.
