Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive production management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates leading all manufacturing activities for our projects, making a significant impact on our production flow and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving continuous improvement on Key Performance Indicators including customer delivery percentage, work rate, and hours per job,
- Ensuring adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety rules and regulations,
- Leading the finalization of manufacturing preparation for activity within the EPU,
- Hiring, coaching, and developing your team, with a focus on driving occupational safety.

- High school diploma or GED is required,
- Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field is preferred,
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, or similar,
- Familiarity with Environment, Health, and Safety rules and regulations,
- Proven leadership competencies,
- Knowledge of industrial management and manufacturing processes and technologies.
