Main Responsibilities
- Serve as direct link between site management, purchasing, and accounts payable
- Role of interface between all stakeholders within and outside the department
- Serve as Ariba key user
- Role on purchasing topics: purchase requests, good receipts, and settles related invoices
- Serve as Inspire key user
- Ensure invoices are settled before escalating
- Preparation and organization of important meetings, seminars (logistical preparation and all related documentation for the meetings)
- Assist EHS Manager with reporting, forms, and clerical activities
- Visitor management: sign-in process, present safety brief prepared by EHS, and issuing temporary badges
- Establish a regular meeting cadence with indirect buyer(s) to ensure timely action of orders and invoice settlement, and provide regular updates to users
- High School Diploma
- Desireable -- Bachelor's degree in business or similar field
- Familiarity with vendor portals for accounts payable is desired.
- Familiarity with ERPs, particularly SAP preferred.
- Spelling and grammar skills, computer literacy.
- Strong knowledge of Office and collaborative tools and technologies.
- Good knowledge of Corporate Tools.
- Autonomous, efficient, proactive, prompt and available to answer inquiries
- Able to manage different administrative tasks: meetings scheduling and organizing for the team and manager, MoM, e-mails
