Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and leverage your leadership skills to enhance the performance of our warehouse operations. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and work alongside a dedicated team focused on achieving operational excellence. In your role, you will ensure the timely and accurate turnaround of inventory receipts and shipments, while also fostering a collaborative and safe working environment. Day-to-day, you'll interact with Production Specialists, Project Managers, and Site Coordinators to ensure that all internal processes and objectives are met efficiently.
We'll look to you for:
- Leadership and guidance for Material Handlers
- Management of inventory cycle counts and reconciliation
- Commitment to safety practices and production standards
- Effective communication of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- An Associate's Degree or High School diploma with relevant experience in warehouse operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, such as SAP or other ERP systems
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- A current forklift certification
