Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to: deep cleaning, general cleaning, window washing, floor refinishing & polishing, and carpet cleaning.
- Utilize cleaning products and equipment effectively and safely.
- Follow customized cleaning plans to meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
- Participate in community-driven initiatives and events, representing Alston Cleaning with pride.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
