GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Join Our Team as a Community Services Coordinator!
Are you passionate about making a difference? We’re hiring a Community Services Coordinator (CSC) to support individuals impacted by the justice system. This role involves client assistance, community outreach, and public education under the direction of the VP of Community Services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assess client needs, conduct intakes, and connect them with resources.
· Manage client records and spending accounts.
· Provide referrals, employment, and housing counseling.
· Facilitate pre-release workshops and community education efforts.
· Represent our organization at United Way events and outreach initiatives.
· Maintain reports, ensure policy compliance, and participate in training.
· Travel as needed for site visits, events, and meetings.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in social services or a related field
· Experience in Social work preferred).
· Strong communication, organizational, and public speaking skills.
· Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
· Commitment to serving justice-involved and at-risk populations.
· Willingness to travel as needed.
