Associate Project Manager
Alt & Witzig Engineering is a construction materials and testing firm dedicated to providing our clients with real-time solutions to needs that arise daily. Currently, we have a position open for Assistant Project Manager. Individuals who possess a degree in Civil Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, or Geology are preferred. However, a college degree is not required.
Assistant Project Manager Duties
- Coordinate with clients and contractors to satisfy short-term and long-term personnel needs
- Coordinate with internal technicians to meet project demands.
- Work with the Project Manager on multiple projects. Tasks include but are not limited to: (1) Reviewing plans, (2) Coordinating with subcontractors, (3) scheduling and managing technicians, (4) Distributing drawings (5) Reviewing and Revising Internal Reports
- Other duties as assigned by Project Manager.
Assistant Project Manager Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
- Strong time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze project data independently of Project Manager or Project Manager’s responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
