We are searching for an Senior Architect and Project Manager to join our growing team! This is a special opportunity for a licensed architect to use their experience to lead a team and lead projects. Experience in K-12, higher education, state and/or federal government, and commercial projects is preferred but not required.
This key staff member will be a part of our leadership team, helping us create and contribute to long-range plans and objectives, and establish and meet goals. They will also manage quality control within the firm as a whole. After a period of time, we expect this teammate will also help to expand our presence in one of the project markets above and potentially lead a studio within the firm.
This position will optimally be based in our Louisville office, but could be based in our Lexington office.
Ideal candidates will already have:
· At least ten years of project management experience
· At least five years of leading a team or managing designers
· At least ten years of successfully developing solutions and producing through all phases of design
· At least ten years of licensure
· Strong communication skills and team collaboration
· Solid foundation of technical knowledge
