Responsibilities
- Develop and implement practice plans that enhance players' skills and understanding of the game.
- Conduct regular training sessions focusing on fundamentals, strategies, and teamwork.
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Organize and oversee team activities, including games, tournaments, and community events.
- Collaborate with parents, school staff, and athletic directors to ensure alignment with program goals.
- Monitor the physical fitness of athletes and promote healthy habits.
- Maintain safety standards during practices and games to prevent injuries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sports coaching or physical education is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of softball techniques, strategies, and rules of play.
- Experience working with students in an educational or athletic setting is highly desirable.
- Skills in behavior management to effectively guide young athletes.
- Additional experience in related sports such as basketball, karate, cheerleading, or swimming is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that encourages participation from all skill levels.
- Certification in first aid or lifeguarding is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $3,524.00 - $3,824.00 per month
