Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one instruction and support in all academic subjects, with a focus on math.
- Engage with students from diverse and at-risk backgrounds, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in person, in writing, and via email.
- Administer fair discipline and use data-driven decisions to support student growth.
- Learn and utilize specialized software and databases to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- A strong background in mathematics and a genuine passion for teaching.
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must!
- Associate's Degree in STEM field, plus one year of tutoring or teaching experience.
