Position: In-House Sales Agents for Somi Walk
We are seeking two dynamic and motivated in-house sales agents to join our team for an exciting new pre-construction condominium project, Somi Walk. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking development that will redefine luxury living in the area of South Miami.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and build relationships with potential buyers, providing them with comprehensive information about Somi Walk and its offerings.
- Utilize your expertise to attract clients, particularly from international markets, interested in purchasing pre-construction condos.
- Conduct presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Somi Walk.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive developments to effectively position Somi Walk in the marketplace.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Negotiate and close deals to ensure a successful transaction for both the client and the company
- Stay up-to-date with the latest luxury real estate trends, developments, and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience
- Attend networking events and actively participate in industry associations to expand client base and promote the company's brand
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and proactively follow up with leads
- Meet and exceed company expectations and standards for sales performance
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the luxury market
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in new development and pre-construction properties.
- Strong network and experience in attracting clients from international locations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
