Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Operation Supervisor to manage and oversee the entire process of order delivery, dispatch, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, leadership, and supervision, with a proven ability to ensure smooth and efficient distribution operations. This role requires expertise in route planning, optimizing equipment usage, and managing driver schedules while maintaining high-quality standards and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Delivery: Supervise the timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.
• Order Dispatch: Oversee the dispatch process to ensure that correct orders are sent to the right destinations efficiently and on time.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns related to order status, delivery issues, or product quality in a professional and timely manner.
• Equipment Optimization: Monitor and maintain the efficiency of logistics equipment, ensuring that all vehicles and tools are in proper working condition and meet operational requirements.
• Logistics Planning: Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to ensure timely deliveries, optimize resources, and minimize disruptions.
• Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes to enhance cost-effectiveness and speed, minimizing fuel consumption and travel time.
• Driver Schedules: Create and manage driver schedules, ensuring adequate coverage while adhering to labor regulations, company policies, and compliance standards.
• Ecommerce Shipments: Oversee the processing and dispatch of ecommerce orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
• Inspection & Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure shipments are accurate and of high quality before dispatch. Promptly address and resolve any identified issues.

Leadership & Supervision:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of drivers and logistics personnel, ensuring clear communication, performance accountability, and continuous development.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering constructive feedback and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience (1 years) in logistics, distribution, or transportation management, with at least 1 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
• Experience in route optimization and driver scheduling.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on identifying and resolving potential issues before them impact operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when necessary.
