What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Cannabis Trimmer position at Alta Gardens Oregon Marijuana Production?
We are looking for experienced trimming person(s).
The product is Outdoor A bud, we need to be proficient in crows feet and 3-4 touch quick trimming methods.
We expect 2.5 -3.5 lbs a day, and we have a bonus structure for the higher end of trimming.
This could be a launch point to a full time job with us , but currently we just need help until the trimming is done, most likely June-August.
Must be team oriented, friendly, and work driven.
Our bonus structure is based off the idea that if you trim more and save the company money, We will split that money saved back with you.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
