Job Title: Data Analyst, Google Analytics
Location: Baltimore, MD – Remote – candidates must reside in EST or CST time zone
Role Type: Contract 4 months
PURPOSE:
Utilizes data analytics and contributes to a set of business initiatives designed to help business partners extract value from information. Develops data visualizations for analysis, problem-solving, and business solutions.
Qualifications:
Mandatory Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with business intelligence tools and data analytics is REQUIRED
Google Analytics experience is REQUIRED
Log Rocket experience is REQUIRED
Google Tag Manager experience is REQUIRED
Power BI – REQUIRED
Looker Studio – REQUIRED
SQL – (REQUIRED to have either SQL or Funnel)
Licenses/Certifications
Certified Business Intelligence Professional Upon Hire Preferred or
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Upon Hire Preferred
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Education Details: Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
In Lieu of Education
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

20% Evaluates healthcare analytics to generate insights for healthcare solutions,
20% Operates as a trusted thought partner with business leads to perform both proactive and reactive analysis for key stakeholders and derives insights between key metrics and their drivers.
15% Researches meaningful reports and analysis for health care system entities and presents on findings.
15% Creates effective key performance indicators and balanced scorecards that provide improved decision-making.
10% Builds infrastructure that supports analytical rigor and develops models and tools that drive healthcare strategy.
10% Uses business analytics to anticipate future needs of the healthcare organization. Leverages data to address business challenges using data analytics.
10% Utilized as a resource for junior business intelligence analysts.
