Job Duties :
- Receive packages from UPS, FedEx, Amazon, USPS in the office.
- Bring in the mail and sort it.
- Enter received packages into our system.
- Label and sort packages based on business needs :
- Internal inventory
- Other office inventory
- General client parts or hardware
- Separate items for the internal technical teams.
- Collaborate with the technical teams to prepare shipments for clients.
- Create shipping labels.
- Scan mail and make copies as needed.
- Drop off packages at the local FedEx.
- Assist with various duties as assigned.
