The individual will provide operations support by obtaining facts; analyzing problems; conducting and documenting data. Pay : $30 / HR 100% Remote Job Functions : Supports operations systems by providing operating information to team members. Document EFT & ERA and process according to guidelines. Research and improve operations by examining and researching systems problems by obtaining facts. Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) and other essential documentation. Improves operations analysis job knowledge by attending training sessions. Assist in overall process for the department to meet deadlines. Top Skills : Advanced Excel / Microsoft experience Power BI / SharePoint knowledge Familiarity with Geno Tables Claims Experience #M2
