Washington DC- Hybrid (4 days per month onsite)
Must be local to the Washington DC Area
W2 or C2C Contract
Per Federal Govt Sector U.S Citizenship is required
Ability to pass Federal background check is required for Level 4 Public Trust Clearance
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science field is required
Work Experience :
At least 7 years' experience working as a Product Manager or Business analyst. At least seven years’ experience executing the requirements management process according to software development lifecycles (SDLCs) in an Agile environment, with strong experience working with technical teams.
At least seven years’ experience contributing to business process review efforts, including evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement.
Ability to effectively conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Experience developing roadmaps, reports and drive regular and effective communication of project progress.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Exceptional requirements elicitation and facilitation skills.
Technical Skills :
Proficient using Office 365, SharePoint Online, SharePoint, and Visio.
- Understanding of Federal Information Security regulations, standards, and practices such as the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).
- Understanding of Information Privacy concepts and best practices.
- Understanding of Information Security and Compliance and Privacy concepts related to the handling of sensitive information.
