Hybrid : onsite 2-3 days a week
Pay Rate : Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type : Multiyear Contract
Role Overview : The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing technology-focused projects within the HR department. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and technical knowledge to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with HR strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage technology-focused HR projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, as needed.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
