Job Description :
As a Screenwriter / Show Runner, you will play a key role in the creation of vertical short dramas from concept to completion. You’ll be responsible for generating innovative ideas, writing compelling scripts, and collaborating with our production team to bring those ideas to life. You’ll need to be highly creative, self-motivated, and ready to take charge of the creative process, while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Write original scripts and adapt existing material for vertical short drama projects.
- Collaborate with directors, actors, and production teams to ensure the creative vision is executed effectively.
- Manage the entire production process from pre-production through post-production.
- Develop and pitch new ideas for vertical short drama series and episodes.
- Maintain the overall tone and quality of projects to ensure they meet company and audience standards.
